A flat cedi amount taken off the final price when dispatch confirms a customer booking fare — GHS 2 turns a GHS 7 fare into GHS 5. Set to 0 to show the banner without any price reduction.

Enable referral codes Each rider gets a code. A first-time customer who uses it gets the extra discount below, stacked on the promo, and the rider earns the bonus once that customer's first order is completed and paid.

Rider Commission Rate (%)

Percentage of each order price credited to the rider. Set to 0 to disable earnings tracking.

Minimum Offer Price (GHS)

The lowest price a customer can offer when using the bargain/bidding feature.

Express Fee (GHS)

Surcharge added on top of the negotiated price for Express deliveries. Customers see this in the booking app.

Hubtel Payment USSD Code

Shown on the customer's completion receipt so they can pay by Mobile Money. Leave blank to hide it.

Customer Notifications

Control which non-OTP messages send and which alerts play in dispatch

Transactional SMS to customers (master switch) Master kill-switch for non-OTP SMS to customers (status updates, fare-confirmed, etc.). When OFF, those are suppressed (push still works). Always-send regardless: login OTPs, "package is on the way" SMS to recipients without the app, and the rider-approval SMS — those go to people who have no other channel available. Default OFF. SMS fallback for self-service customers When ON, self-service customers who have NOT enabled app notifications get an SMS for fare-confirmed / picked-up / completed. Costs money per SMS. Requires the master switch above to be ON. Default OFF. Play sound for high alerts New requests still flash in the sidebar; sound is reserved for high severity alerts.
